Welcome to Falcon Chauffeur. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and agreements that apply when you use our website or book our chauffeur, taxi, or airport transfer services. By making a booking or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

Falcon Chauffeur provides professional chauffeur, taxi, and private hire transport services, including airport transfers, city rides, and private tours within the United Kingdom. All services are provided by licensed drivers and insured vehicles.

3. Bookings

Bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

Confirmation will be provided once all details and payment (where applicable) have been received.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided (pickup time, address, contact number, etc.) is accurate.

Falcon Chauffeur reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in cases of incomplete information, safety concerns, or operational limitations.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments may be made online, by phone, or directly to the driver (where agreed).

Additional charges may apply for waiting times, extra stops, parking fees, tolls, or out-of-hours services.

Corporate and account clients will be invoiced as per agreed payment terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

More than 24 hours before pickup: Full refund.

Within 24 hours of pickup: 50% refund may apply.

Within 4 hours of pickup or no-show: No refund.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

If Falcon Chauffeur cancels due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdown, extreme weather), a full refund or rebooking will be offered.

6. Delays & Waiting Time

Airport pickups include [e.g., 45 minutes] free waiting time after the flight lands.

For other bookings, the first [e.g., 10 minutes] waiting time is free; additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.

Falcon Chauffeur is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control (traffic, accidents, road closures, weather conditions, etc.).

7. Customer Conduct & Safety

Seat belts must be worn at all times.

Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

The driver reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying threatening, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger may result in a cleaning or repair charge.

8. Liability

Falcon Chauffeur will take reasonable care to ensure you reach your destination safely and on time.

However, we are not responsible for losses resulting from delays, missed flights, or events outside our control.

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.

9. Personal Data & Privacy

Your personal data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy, in compliance with UK GDPR.

10. Lost Property

Any items left in vehicles will be stored for a limited period and may be collected by appointment. Falcon Chauffeur accepts no liability for lost or unclaimed items after [e.g., 30 days].
